Refund Policy

Donations made to ISKCON Rewari through this website are, in general, non-refundable once processed, as they are applied directly toward temple construction and related religious and charitable activities.

Duplicate or erroneous payments

If you believe a payment was charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction caused by a browser or network issue — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference/order ID. We will verify the transaction with our payment partner, Federal Bank, and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.

Failed or incomplete transactions

If an amount was debited from your account but the donation did not complete on our website (no confirmation or receipt was received), the amount is typically reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not, please reach out to us with your bank statement reference and we will help trace and resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email info@iskconrewari.com or use our Contact page with your order/payment ID, the date of the transaction, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
