When you donate or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, PAN (for donations of ₹2,000 or more, as required for 80G tax-exemption compliance), and details of your donation or enquiry.

How we use your information

We use this information to process your donation, issue receipts and tax-exemption certificates, respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send programme updates and festival invitations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Federal Bank's payment gateway, a PCI-DSS compliant service. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.

Data storage

Donation and enquiry records are stored in a secured Google Sheet accessible only to authorized temple administrators.
